Coconut Beach is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This large, one-story family villa with detached 1BR/1BA guest suite offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront pool along with a sandy, palm-shaded beach that is perfect for long walks or lazy afternoons with your toes in the sand. A wraparound checkerboard patio with new cabana surrounds the freshwater plunge pool, leading to an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day of sun and surf.

Coconut Beach is flooded by Caribbean sunshine by a multitude of oceanfront windows, providing sparkling views from the main living area. This great room has an airy, open floor plan and includes the dining table, TV area, kitchen and bar seating. A separate children's table offers kid-sized chairs for our smaller guests.

Main house accommodates 10 guests max. Excellent for families or large groups of travelers. Twin beds can be converted to a king upon request.

The optional 6th bedroom suite above garage has a full kitchen, wall-mounted TV, large fridge, loveseat and private bathroom. This suite is never rented out separately to unrelated parties. With the guest suite Coconut Beach can accommodate 12 guests max.

Owner extends discounted 4BR & 5BR rental rates for smaller parties not requiring all bedrooms in the main house. Discounted tier rates can be found below.

*2 Silver Thatch tandem kayaks located on property for guest rental. 5 day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak, $195 per week.
