Hilltime is a large single-story beachfront villa located in Rum Point along the north coast of Grand Cayman. The most notable feature of this home—besides the views!—is the vaulted great room's cypress tongue-and-groove ceiling. It's sure to capture your eye as you stare off across the impressive ocean views. The beach here is wide and very sandy with superb snorkeling inside the reef protected shallows. The property sits on a deep estate of over an acre with heavily-landscaped grounds. Plenty of off-street parking is available with room to turn around.

A small freshwater pool and elevated sun deck sits on the land-side of the villa, protecting guests from the breezes in the winter and absorbing the sun's rays all day long. Triangular "sail shades" and lounge chairs surround the pool plus a covered cabana and propane grill for island cookouts.

Hilltime is unique in that it has 8-foot-tall doors throughout and tall ceilings to keep the rooms and tile floors cool with central A/C. The entry foyer is a very wide gallery that spans the width of the home accentuating the size of the house and open architecture of the great room.

Inside, the open great room is a welcoming retreat after a day on the beach with enough space for the whole family to gather and help prepare dinner, play a game of cards, or just kick back and watch the waves break on the reef. A full gourmet kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances including dishware, utensils, glassware, cookware, and cutlery. The decor and colors are very soothing and well-coordinated. The villa shows that the owners care deeply and keep it in pristine condition.

Hilltime also offers a private media room with sectional sofa, large LED TV, Apple TV, and Xbox. Having the main TV in a separate room allows those who want to watch TV or play a video game to close the door and not disturb those in the great room putting together a puzzle, enjoying the views, or preping meals in the large kitchen.

Although the home has pure desalinated (reverse-osmosis) water at the tap; the owners provide a 5 gallon water cooler to encourage guests to be environmentally conscious and not purchase flats of bottled water at the grocery.

West King Master Suite: Oceanfront suite with king sized bed, wall mounted LED TV, oceanfront balcony with glass-panel railing, large ensuite bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and makeup table. Separate room with toilet, pedestal sink and mirror. The master ensuite bath has an exterior door to the pool area out front. West Queen Master Suite: Oceanfront suite with queen sized bed, large closet, balcony overlooking the beach, and ensuite bath with stand-alone shower.

East Queen Master Suite: Oceanfront suite with queen sized bed, private balcony, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower. East Twin Bedroom: Twin bedroom (can make up as a king) with large closet, private balcony with lounge chaises, and adjacent large bathroom with combination tub/shower. Tandem kayaks on premises for discounted rental—waiver required.
