Other amenities include a gourmet kitchen and large living and entertainment areas in a private gated location with an on-site security system and unparalleled beachfront amenities. Our impeccably maintained property also has a full time manager and concierge service right at your disposal.

The second floor welcomes you with a large family room, massive lounging area, 60-inch TV, wet bar, billiard table, foosball table, and two master suites. Washers and dryers are on both the ground floor and second floor. Ice makers are also on both floors. The second-floor balcony is spacious and perfect for entertaining with its sweeping views of the sea and beach unobstructed by neighbors or other buildings. The third floor has bedrooms with character! A roomy loft and a cozy private bedroom, each with their own private balconies, king beds and ready access to the hot tub on the 3rd-floor balcony that towers over this famous beach, perfect for an unbelievable night under the stars.

All of the balconies span the full width of this enormous villa, making the outdoor living almost as irresistible as the interior. There are flat screen TVs with cable TV service in every bedroom and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. There is free parking for seven vehicles and a private entrance at the end of the driveway.
