Welcome to Villa Del Mare! This magnificent, Spanish-tiled oceanfront villa is an architectural masterpiece located within a mile of the famous Rum Point Club.

After years of neglect, the new owners stripped this villa down to the blocks and slab rebuilding this 10,000 square foot home from the foundation up. They have done it right sparing no expense and perfecting every detail from foam insulation to 100% new wiring, plumbing, ductwork and A/C leaving very little of the former home.

The new oceanfront pool comes second to none in the Rum Point neighborhood. Designed to provide guests with a resort-like ambiance, the swimming pool features a custom-made shallow area with submerged tiled chaises, plus a swim-up cabana bar with in-pool barstools. A second cabana sits adjacent from the swim-up bar equipped with a 75-inch flat-screen TV for outdoor viewings. A full outdoor bathroom with shower is located off the expansive pool deck overlooking the villa's secluded beach and swimming cove.

Extreme privacy on a gated and walled 2.5-acre estate with private driveway and parking circle for up to 8 vehicles; driveway is mini-coach accessible. Private sandy beach cove between rocky outcroppings on each side. Beach lounge chairs, beach chairs and both barefoot swimming and snorkeling available. Large railed deck overlooking the oceanfront ideal for sunset viewings or cocktail hour.

3,000 ft² elevated front terrace for al fresco dining at a large table for 16, hosting private events or weddings with entertainment. A stunning living area with two-story vaulted ceilings furnished with a large sectional sofa seating 16 guests and equipped with a large flatscreen TV and Sonos audio system. An oceanfront veranda sits off the living area with a dining table for 12 and conversation area with seating for 10.

Ground floor media room equipped with a 75-inch HDTV, gaming consoles, DVD, Apple TV, and 2 queen sleeper sofas and multiple chairs. Villa Del Mare is licensed to sleep a total of 24 guests, 18 adults max (18 yrs. or older). Children under 2 years old do not count towards occupancy.

2 Oceanfront Suites (#1 & #2) with king beds, ensuite baths with rainfall and body spray showers and exterior access to shared oceanfront tiled balcony with furniture. 2 Gardenview Suites (#3 & #4) with king beds, ensuite baths with rainfall and body spray showers. Access the second-story front balcony from the upstairs gallery doors. All four suites share a gallery coffee center with Keurig Machine, complimentary coffee pods, a beverage fridge stocked with water, beer, and wine, plus a sink with hot and cold filtered water.

Oceanfront Master Suite (#5), with sliding door access to oceanfront patio, furnished with a king bed, ensuite bath with double rainfall shower and full body spray, double vanities, and separate water closets. Terraceview Suite (#6) with king bed and ensuite bath with rainfall and body spray shower. The suite opens to the front terrace furnished with sectional sofas and lounge chairs. Media Room with two queen sleeper sofas.

Bunkroom (#7) with two sets of full-over-full bunks sleeping 4; shares bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom (#8) with either a queen bed or two twins sleeping 2; shares a full bath with Bunkroom.
