Casa O is situated on a cliff side in Cap Cana Resort and overlooking hole 15 of the Punta Espada golf course and the ocean. A secondary gated entrance, manned by 24-hour security, marks the beginning of the street leading to Founders. Additionally, there is a private gate providing access to the property.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean including Juanillo Beach and Api Beach Club at the marina, and one the best golf course in the Caribbean Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean. This golf course is ranked #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine. Casa O is conveniently located approx. 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service.

Casa O is a luxurious 6-bedroom mansion in 2 levels that offers complete privacy and tranquility. The property is fully air-conditioned and also offers ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The unique design of the living area allows for the Caribbean breeze to flow through and keep the space cool. Once you pass through the private, electronic gate, a remarkable driveway lined with majestic palm trees leads you to the mansion. When you enter property, the space welcomes you with high ceilings, and a beautiful, open living space. Downstairs, you’ll find 3 of the bedrooms, the main kitchen, a second “staff” kitchen, formal dining area, formal living room, and access to the main terrace and pool area.

The spacious kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. However, the villa rental includes a private chef, who will cook all your meals during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The minimal and clutter free interior gives the property a contemporary and relaxed ambiance. Each room is very spacious and has high ceilings and windows that let in the beautiful sunlight and give you an incredible view no matter where you look.

Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with a covered terrace, which has a breathtaking view of the swimming pool, golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Start your day with a workout on the platform by the cliffside and salute the sun as it rises over the ocean in front of the property. During the day, soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool, and whenever you need to cool off, you can step into the pool or Jacuzzi directly from the terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, including the primary suite The primary bedroom is a large suite with a king bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, private living room, closet space, a large ensuite bathroom, and balconies with breathtaking views of the pool area, golf course, and the ocean. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a king bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with views of the pool area, golf course, and the ocean. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, ensuite bathroom, and access to a private rooftop terrace. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace with access to the pool area. The 5th and 6th bedrooms downstairs each have 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet space, and ensuite bathroom. The two bedrooms also have a shared, private dining- and living room with TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a terrace.

When you stay at Casa O, you’ll have a private chef, a butler, and a maid included during your stay. Your chef will prepare all meals during your stay (food & drinks are not included). Your butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc., and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (every 3rd day).

You’ll also have a villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, in-house massages, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
