The villa is conveniently located approx. 3.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short 10-min drive and you’ll arrive at Villa Tortuga A14. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

Villa Tortuga A14 is located on the La Cana golf course; a 27-hole championship golf course designed by P. B. Dye, with 4 oceanfront holes and 14 holes with ocean views. From Villa Tortuga A14 you’ll be really close to the most incredible virgin-like beach of Playa Serena with powdery white sand and clear, shallow ocean. Just a quick walk down the street (0.4 miles – 600 meters), and you’ll be jumping in the ocean in no time! Playa Serena is very suitable for families and small children, as the ocean is rather calm and shallow. If you want a beach with a little more life, you can easily go to Playa Blanca Beach Club which is also inside the resort.

Villa Tortuga A14 is a beautiful 7500 sq. ft. villa built in 2 levels, with a big balcony, furnished terrace and pool area. The villa is located on the golf course but with enough palm trees and vegetation in front to give you lots of privacy.

The decor of the villa is bright and welcoming. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms, including a fabulous master suite. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (including the master bedroom) and 2 downstairs. At the heart of Villa Tortuga A14 you’ll find the spacious living room with double height ceiling, a beautiful sofa sitting area and cozy TV-nook. From the living room, you can walk out on the terrace and to the swimming pool area.

The swimming pool and large surrounding pool deck with sun beds is probably where you’ll be spending most of your time. You also have a nice backyard with lawn to enjoy during your stay at the villa. The outdoor space is the perfect place for you to relax and spend the warm summer days swimming in the pool, soaking up the sun or lounging in the shade of the palm trees. Villa Tortuga A14 is air conditioned but also offers you plenty outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The living room is located downstairs and is an airy and light space with lots of natural light coming in from the big windows. This space has a comfortable sofa sitting area, a TV-nook and direct access to the terrace, which serves as another living area with outdoor sofas and dining table and outdoor BBQ.

The indoor dining area is located in connection to the living room and has a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably. The kitchen is located right behind the dining area and is equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your vacation. If you prefer to hire a personal chef (food & beverages are not included) to cook for you and to make your vacation life easier, you also have that option available.

There are 2 bedrooms located downstairs. The 1st bedroom has 2 queen beds, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom also has 2 queen beds, air conditions, ceiling fan, closet, TV, a desk and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

UPSTAIRS:

Upstairs, you’ll find another cozy sitting area with sofa and chairs. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds, air conditions, ceiling fan, closet, TV, a desk and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom is an incredible suite with a king bed, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, sofa area, TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and a jetted bath tub. The master suite also has a small balcony and direct access to the large balcony with a view of the pool, garden and golf course! The balcony is the entertainment center of the villa with pool table, ping-pong table, domino table and sofas.
