This luxury Beachfront Villa is located on Old Fort Bay in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This special 2 acre seafront property was originally built in 1960 as a three bedroom villa. The villa became famous in the 1970’s when The Rolling Stones stayed here while spending time in Jamaica and bringing reggae to the bands musical canvas. Sea Salt has always been a family destination, an idyllic part of the owners childhood. In 2015, they had the opportunity to bring it back into the family and it has now been meticulously transformed into 9 luxurious ensuite bedrooms with views of the sprawling beach just steps away.

The Main house is made up of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and each of the 2 cottages have 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The cottages contain their own private entrance and have fully stocked kitchens. Whether you stay in the main house or one of the cottages, your room will have a view of the Caribbean Sea in all her glory! You won’t need to lift a finger as Sea Salt is fully staffed with a chef, butler, bartender, housekeeper, laundress and gardener. Want to check your email, surf the web or just relax to the sound of your favorite tunes? The property has Wi-Fi and SONOS surround sound throughout.

Whichever room you stay in, you will have a view of the sea as you step outside your room, as well as a seating area to enjoy the breeze. All upstairs bedrooms have a shared elevated sea view balcony where you can also sit on the couch and enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, flat screen smart TVs with cable access, electronic black out blinds, USB ports, a closet and ensuite bathrooms.

Take advantage of the sprawling beach and stunning blue waters at Sea Salt’s doorstep. Kayaks, paddleboards, and other beach toys await you. Relax on the beach with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and truly unwind. At Sea Salt there is a state-of-the-art gym, a competition sized pickleball court, and half basketball court – everything you need to stay fit and focused even on vacation or enjoy some family friendly competition. Your butler can easily arrange Pilates or Yoga classes, and a massage therapist upon request.

Spacious greenery with fruited trees for all seasons, lend easily to our variety of dining locations, so you can choose to dine with a lush mountain or serene waterfront view. Pickle Ball – a fast favorite, is a real center for laughs and fun. The shady grill beckons everyone at meal times, and the hammocks are a delight when you’re reading or resting in one of them. No matter which activity you prefer, Sea Salt has you covered!
