Wag Water Villa is a beautiful villa in Ocho Rios Jamaica, set in a lush and tropical estate which has resort amenities and is a 5 star retreat for all who arrive. It was named after a Jamaican river which meanders through the local parish of St. Mary. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious sitting room/dining room and extensive outdoor veranda allow for comfortable living both indoor and outdoor. Wag Water has a private swimming pool and sun terrace situated on a beautiful promontory. The property enjoys a panoramic view of the coastline with steps taking you directly to the water’s edge.

Discover 1,000 acre Prospect Estate on the north coast of Jamaica, nestled between the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea and the lush greenery of the mountains. This 2,032sqft (134sqm) villa is within it's own private compound comprised of two buildings. Prospect Estate is a short distance from the picturesque town of Ocho Rios, one mile east of the White River which separates the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary. The Prospect Estate Villas are approximately a one and a half hour drive from the airport in Montego Bay and two hours from the airport in Kingston.

Eat, relax and play on the property and choose from a suite of Villa activities: try our jogging trails with views of the mountain range or enjoy laps in the swimming pool. Guest health and well-being are essential to us so we ensure that while on their stay at any of our villas we open the door to a range of activities that will allow a healthy lifestyle on their visit.
