Happy Hour Villa sits inside a high end gated community off of Fortlands Road where villas have private sandy waterfronts with calm iridescent blue swimming areas and the bay beyond, which offers the best snorkeling, kayaking or paddle boarding. The house also features a formal dining area that seats easily 12-14 guests, with more space to add dining chairs and tables for larger groups right next to the dining area you'll find the beautiful modern professional kitchen is where the Chef & Pastry Chef prepare the most incredible meals for you

The Villa offers wonderful inside/outside spaces that meld into one another. Outside you'll find the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, more dining options for casual lunches or afternoon snacks, a gazebo overlooking the pool, hot tub and a grassy lawn that borders the 150ft beach below, accessed by a 30ft wide set of steps. The outdoor beach area has chairs setup daily so you can sit and just watch the dolphins swimming all day and night, enjoying what Jamaica has to offer.

Inside you'll find a wonderful layout of large spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor you have two beautifully decorated bedroom suites including one of the master bedroom suites and the steam & sauna room. Both of these bedrooms have an over water private terrace that can access the main outdoor living areas The upper level has 5 bedrooms, including the second master bedroom suite, two king size bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen-size beds, all with ocean views and private balconies, the fifth bedroom has 3 queen-size beds and faces the gardens and tennis court. On this upper level you will also find a massage/spa room with a garden facing balcony, a super sumptuous media room with 96” TV and its own entertaining balcony, a cappuccino/espresso station and a games room with a pool table, arcade basketball, Pacman and foosball table.
