COMO Parrot Cay offers five 2-bedroom Beach houses, each with 1,733 sq ft of luxury and magnificent oceanfront views. These two-bedroom houses sit among the dunes on our mile-long white sand beach, providing guests with privacy and uninterrupted ocean views. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and separate outdoor showers. The large living and dining areas have large windows which fill the room with sunlight. The house opens onto a private sundeck which has its own swimming pool. Two additional children can be accommodated on rollaway beds.

Butler Service:

These houses include our personalized COMO butler service. The private butler will assist guests throughout their stay, helping plan activities on and off the water, from castaway picnics to kayaking along our waterway or wellness treatments in COMO Shambhala Retreat.

Villa Facilities:

Bedrooms: Four-poster king size beds with white netting, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a 23” satellite television, an in-room safe, direct dial telephone with voicemail, sound system, and umbrella bathrooms: bathtubs, interior standalone and outdoor showers, make-up mirrors, hairdryer, bathrobes, flip-flops, COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities.

Kitchen: Toaster, espresso machine, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator.

Living/Dining Area:

Large sectional sofa, dining table for six, 60” television, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi.
