Dhyani House is a three bedroom villa located beyond Rocky Point (a landmark spit of land on Parrot Cay's beach) The villa is situated on nearly 2 1/2 acres of beachfront property. With two king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, this villa has a screened porch overlooking the ocean and en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with butler's entrance.

Living area includes 2- and 3 person sofas, dining table for 6, 42" plasma TV with DVD player and Wi-Fi.  Large beachfront area with 3,100 sq ft sundeck, heated negative edge swimming pool, volleyball pitch and tiki hut.

Dhyani House is one of our  three-bedroom beachfront villas located beyond Rocky Point (a landmark spit of land on Parrot Cay's beach) are known as Rocky Point, Lucky House and Dhyani House. They’re all privately owned houses forming part of Parrot Cay Estate. Available to rent, they share the resort’s relaxed-contemporary style.

These houses are all about space – bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living and dining area, a large sundeck with private pool and outdoor dining area as well as direct access to the sand. The properties include extra services including a butler and Wi-Fi.

Although most of our guests come to Parrot Cay to relax in privacy, there are others who spend their time exploring the local region – both above and underwater.

The diving is exceptional. You can go bone-fishing, partake in non-motorised watersports off the beach, like windsurfing or catamaran sailing. We offer Yoga Retreats, beach drop-offs, private cruises, or exploration trails by bike or kayak.
