Paradise Treasure in NE Coast, an ultimate luxury getaway is located inside a resort community, across from the World Famous Mountain Rain Forest “El Yunque” (a ten minute car ride). Paradise Treasure is an exquisite six-bedroom (all with ensuite bathrooms), six-and-a-half bathroom (three with jacuzzi tubs) three-story modern villa. It has two additional enclosed sleeping areas with queen-sized sofa beds. It has an additional two sleeping areas connected to enclosed bedrooms; one has one and the other has two queen-sized sofa beds). Paradise Treasure can accommodate 18 comfortably including children. It has ten televisions, a private pool, outdoor jacuzzi, marble floors, and beautiful stonework throughout.

The villa has 3 stories with approximately 8,000 square feet (including the outdoor terraces) and features high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. Imagine a vacation with the facilities of a private large house and with the amenities of a Resort; Casino, 2 Golf courses, tennis courts, Spa, restaurants, bars, beach & pools driving around on golf carts. On the top floor there are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, including the master-suite. One small room with a full-sized futon. The master-suite has a king size bed, a balcony overlooking the ocean and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a steam room. The other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms, one of them including a jacuzzi tub. All of the bathrooms have marble counter tops. There is also a reading area and a fully-equipped laundry room.

The second floor features a bedroom with a queen-sized futon, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line Stainless Steel appliances with quartz and granite counter tops (similar throughout the villa), A dining room table that seats 10 guests. An entertainment area that includes a pool table, full-bar, 70-inch 3D TV and professional multi-zone surround sound system that can accommodate multiple music sources based on the zones. Enjoy the outside features of the Villa which include a sparkling Infinity pool and jacuzzi that can be heated. For those guests that enjoy barbecuing, there is the gourmet grill and smoker. Guests can also lay on the pool lounge chairs while absorbing the views, breeze, and the amazing stars at night! On the first floor there is a garage, one bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and a gym room that has two queen-sized futons.
