Cliff House is a vacation rental located in lower Peter Bay, a gated neighborhood on the North shore of St. John with incredible views. Renovated with luxurious furnishings the rentals offers guests a sanctuary to enjoy ultimate privacy within the estate’s 3 acres of land that are directly next to the National Park. The peace and grandeur of nature greet you from every window and door with views of Jost Van Dyke (BVI), Tortola (BVI), Cinnamon & Peter Bay beaches. You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks and in the mornings, you have a front row seat to sunrises. In the evenings take in the flickering lights of the Caribbean Isles & sailboats.

The beautiful lanai between the master and living room pods offers shade all day long. The lanai has a living room and dining room where you can greet the beauty of the area and the fresh ocean breezes. The lanai steps lead down to the Cliff House pool deck with the pool (salt water system) and a 6-person jacuzzi with sweeping views from all angles. There are 4 bedrooms to consist of 3 kings and 1 room with 2 queen beds. It is a pod style layout with one bedroom in each pod and air conditioning. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a half bath off the kitchen. Two of the king bedrooms have outdoor sitting areas to take in the views from your private suite. All bedrooms, pool deck & gym have JBL portable speakers.

The fitness room welcomes all fitness levels with a Batco three tower universal weight machine, treadmill, stair climber, free weights, Bosu Ball and more. The WIFI is very strong over the entire property including the pool deck. There is a large well stocked gym where even a top athlete could train in. Our virtual personal trainers can create custom workouts based on our equipment. We have an array of board games, corn hole and 10 beach chairs.

It is about a 5 min walk to the sandy beach of Peter Bay where there is great snorkeling. It is about a 10–15-minute drive to Cruz Bay where all the shopping and restaurants are located. Included in weekly rentals is a mid-week cleaning. Daily housekeeping and chef services are available for additional costs. Located in Maho Bay Quarter, this villa is 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Cinnamon Bay and 2.8 mi (4.5 km) from Virgin Islands National Park. Trunk Bay and Jumbie Beach are also within 1 mi (2 km).
