It is a magnificent 9 bedroom and 9.5 bathroom with 3 levels including a private 2 bedroom apartment. Each room is a masterpiece of design, elegance and luxury, seamlessly combined with hi-tech amenities and extraordinary views. A home theater, private pool, Jacuzzi, spa with massage room, fitness center and wine cellar are just a few of the many amenities available at the La Palmeraie.

The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor of the villa. The bedroom and bathroom are on the east side and both have direct views of the ocean. On the other side is a large walk-in closet and office.

Guest suite 1 is located in the rear of the villa overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean. This bedroom is identical in size to guest suite 2. This suite has a sleek and stylish ensuite bathroom with modern luxurious fixtures and custom tilework. The suite has a king-size platform bed with walk-in closet, flat screen cable TV with Netflix. Sliding doors lead to the pool with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guest suite 2 is located opposite of guest suite 1 in the rear of the villa. This bedroom is identical in size to guest suite 1 and features a king-size platform bed with ensuite bath, flat screen cable TV with Netflix, walk-in closet, sliding doors that lead to the pool, and amazing views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Guest suite 3 is located next to guest suite 4 in the northwest corner at the front of the villa. The suite is the same size as guest suite 4 and features a king-size platform bed with ensuite bath, flat screen TV with Netflix, large closet space with a private balcony. Guest suite 6 is located on the ground floor at the front of the villa in the southeast corner. The suite features a queen-size platform bed with ensuite bath, flat screen TV with Netflix and a large closet space. The bathroom is modern with European fixtures with custom tile work, glass enclosed shower, bidet and a rainfall shower head.

Guest suites 7 & 8 are located on the ground floor at the front of the villa in the northwest corner which we call the villa apartment. The apartment has a full-size bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and dining area. The villa apartment has two private entry doors that are accessible from the front of the home. One is in the living room and the other is in guest suite 7. The apartment also has access from the inside through a door next to the theater room. Guest suite 7 & 8 have queen-size platform beds, a large closet, flat screen TV’s with Netflix, tablet controlled Sonos speakers in both rooms.
