The villa features wonderful large bedrooms, decorated to the highest degree of luxury. Each room has a very "Resort" Style feel and it supposed to call upon you to embrace all that is minimalist in order to take in what is around you. The gorgeous house sits back, with views of the ocean, within a beautiful lush garden where you can sit all day and just watch the yachts float by in your own beautiful villa. The unique floor plan epitomizes casual island elegance. The minimalist design provides for clean, spacious living with expansive patios to take full advantage of the outdoor living along the water and green areas. There are seven hipped high pitch roofs with wood shingles and copper flashing and drainage.

Villa Sul Mare features 6 large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, as well as two powder rooms. The villa has a wonderful blend of contemporary and island chic decor, where the rooms overlook lush landscaping with a lily pod to enhance the entry, this makes each room unique as you unwind for the night to enjoy some R&R. Villa Sul Mare sits on one acre of harbour-front lawn and has approximately 6,000 square feet of interior living space that I'm sure would be suitable for any family size. Each Suite has it's own plush bathroom towels, sheets and bedding, so enjoy the wonderful Resort feel. The maid will come in daily to freshen up while you just enjoy each day.

While in town please do have our concierge hire a chef, we have some amazing local chefs who are wonderful at their craft. Take on a day of gambling or maybe a yacht cruise around the area with your family or maybe something more romantic. No matter the needs, we can accommodate.
