Encircled by privacy, the villa is secured and gated, featuring a welcoming main foyer and a courtyard side entry. A detached structure on the premises includes a fully outfitted gym, along with storage and garage spaces.

Upon entry through the grand main foyer of Windward, visitors are greeted by an elegantly crafted double staircase with ornate wrought iron balustrades, leading to the luxurious master suite, a study, and two other bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom suite offers air conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, and cable TV for utmost comfort. The en suite bathrooms are adorned with marble accents, dual vanities, and rain showers, save for the master suite which also boasts a bathtub and a sizable rain shower. Near the main entrance, a guest powder room is conveniently situated. The principal living space embraces an open layout, enhanced by French doors that span the room’s length. These doors, when opened to the broad covered veranda, fuse indoor and outdoor settings for an ideal entertainment area. A few steps from the veranda lead to the garden and pool area. Windward guests gain exclusive entry to the Sandy Lane Beach Facilities, this does not include the hotel, with private, secure parking. Amenities at the Beach Facilities feature beach loungers, umbrellas, complimentary Wi-Fi, and restroom/shower amenities. An onsite bar offers refreshments, lunch, and snacks. Alternatively, for those who wish, the villa’s chef can arrange a picnic lunch in a cooler for a delightful day at the beach.
