This Luxury Beachfront villa located directly on Grand Anse Beach, designed as an individual standalone pavilion including four bedrooms, five bathrooms, three private pools and staff quarters. Large windows, outdoor decks and al fresco dining salas invite the outdoors in, allowing villa guests to be immersed in Grenada’s intoxicating natural beauty. This amazing property offers families the opportunity to experience true luxury with amazing area entertainment and exciting adventures.

The one-level open floor plan offers indoor and outdoor living and dining areas spanning more than 6,000 sq. ft., a fully equipped kitchen, pantry and powder room. The outdoor space features a swimming pool, lounging areas and direct access to the Caribbean Sea. Each of the four master bedrooms has a king size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and an expansive terrace with day beds and access to the main pool or a private plunge pool.

A focus on community and culture flows through the menus along with global influences. From a casual, beach club-style poolside lunch and dinner restaurant to a refined Asian-influenced dinner venue showcasing Grenada’s wild abundance of local ingredients and spices, your palate will be pleased. We source most of the fruits and vegetables for our restaurants through GRENROP (Grenada Network of Rural Women Producers), providing a direct and meaningful benefit to women growers on the island. What’s more, we maintain a nursery of supplemental ingredients that are sustainable in the island climate, lessening imports and, thus, limiting our carbon footprint.
