The Beach House at MHBE Private Resort is a luxury vacation rental in L'Anse aux Epines, Grenada. The Beach House features a new 1500 sq foot covered terrace, 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom, private pool, and exclusive access to the 'common areas' of the Resort. During 2022 all bookings are exclusive, we will only have one Group of Guests on the property at a time with full use of all common facilities. This means that guests not only have the Beach House but they can use the large infinity swimming pool with swim up bar, the private dock, the firepit, the massage pagoda, and the gym. They also have access to all of the staff an services.

Each of the 4 bedrooms in the Beach House have their own private entrance, one of which opens up with direct access to the private Beach House swimming pool, whilst the other ground floor suite opens up onto a private garden. The rooms on the top floor are 1,200 square feet (120m2) in size, and the two on the ground floor are 900 square feet (90m2). Each of these bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom and an additional outdoor shower for two. The Beach House has a full kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen and BBQ, an additional private laundry room, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably. There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king sized pull-out sofa bed and additional beds can easily be placed in.

The Villas of Mount Hartman Bay Estate are a one of a kind experience unlike any other. From the moment you arrive, you will be whisked away in our fleet of private cars, and a short 10 minute drive later, you will be driving through the front gates of the estate and welcomed with our signature estate cocktail and a refreshing cold towel. The awaiting staff, ready to show you to your luxurious suite, help with unpacking and then show you around one of the most unique properties you will ever encounter. We welcome visitors of the Jewish faith and working with the Jewish community in Grenada we are able to offer a full Kosher experience to Passover standards.

The special feature of the Beach House is the 1500 square feet of covered terrace, set with 150 tiny white LED lights and large fans to augment the breezes on the beach. It is set with a dining table and lots of comfortable sofas. Another highlight is the massage pagoda, a 30 foot by 20 foot with a covered roof set with tiny white led light) and bamboo sides. When not used for massages it is set up with ping pong.

The Culinary team is superb. All meals, snacks, and local beverages are included, anything available on island including sparkling wines, table wines, spirits available locally, beers available locally. Chef is happy to customize menus for guests, able to cater special diets, and is Kosher trained. MHBE is mostly self-sufficient for Tropical fruit from their organic garden (bananas, pineapple, paw paw, passion fruit, melon, soursap, wax apples) and has fresh coconut water daily.

All of our guests arriving in Grenada have immediate VIP status including pre-clearance for arrival (private flights and commercial airlines). Guests will be collected directly from their aircraft. With our ability to do Covid testing on property (lateral flow and PCR) we can minimize the inconvenience of travelling during the pandemic. All MHBE staff, entertainers and third party providers are fully vaccinated.

At MHBE, just outside your door, delight in the private white sand beach (manmade) set with swaying palm trees. The crystal-clear waters of the Mount Hartman Bay await. Fantastic snorkeling can be enjoyed directly from the property along with a variety of water sports. The dock provides a wonderful backdrop for hundreds of colorful tropical fish. The property has extensive water sports facilities including wakeboard, knee board, kayaks, tubes and lots of fun toys such as floating islands (with their own bar!) that can be attached to the dock.

The resort has a 185-foot private dock and 2 boats for guest use (with Captain). The 31-foot motor cruiser has an onboard fresh water shower and toilet and is perfect for exploring and fishing while the 19-foot jet boat is perfect for all watersports. The Owner owns the dredging rights to the Bay around the property and there is a 150-foot privacy cordon from the water side of the property. To ensure your comfort, the property has its own generators, private desalination plant and water filtration systems. The estate can run completely ‘off grid’.

Many travelers that have wandered the narrow streets of St. George's say that it's almost like walking through an oil painting. The vivid, brightly painted houses exude an aura of colonialism. In fact, Grenada's capital city—located on Grenada Island's southwestern shore—has earned the unofficial title of the most beautiful harbor town in the Caribbean.
