The kitchen is equipped with top-notch appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal place for a quick snack or a morning coffee. Should you decide you need more sophisticated culinary experience we can always arrange a private Chef. Villa Avalon has an open dining area which takes on a new charm with its amazing ocean view.

Three bedrooms grace the main level, two of which boast captivating sea views, while the fourth bedroom is nestled downstairs. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, complete with air-conditioning, a king-size bed, and a private ensuite bathroom.
