The villa is colored in neutral colors and the open concept layout gives a feeling of comfort, space and serenity. Villa ETJ is a 3 bedroom villa and along with the indoor spaces, which can be closed off if guests prefer, it has a pool and lounge area in the front and a patio with a sitting area and grill in the back. Everything was designed in a way to make your outdoor activity tempting and comfort.

The dining area is covered but still opens to the terrace and the pool, offering you mesmerizing views and gentle breeze. It’s located in the heart of the villa- the main living area, which is a shared space between the living room, dining room and a modern kitchen. There is beautifully arranged TV corner where you can relax on the large plush sofa, if you feel like watching TV, a dining table for 6 and the fully equipped kitchen, with lots of room for meal preparation and a nicely situated breakfast bar. The three bedrooms are in the back on a second level, overlooking the patio. They are all next to one another and equal in size. Each bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom, dressing room, king – size bed, air-condition and HDTV.
