Villa Isla is a modern and spacious luxury vacation rental above the Bay of Marigot. The villa is a welcoming refuge for a group of friends or an extended family to share. Its location above the Bay of Marigot puts it on the quieter, more peaceful side of the island, but it is also close to the hotels and restaurants in that area, including Le Guanahani, Le Sereno, and Le Rivage which is the reason to be in high demand all year long.

Villa Isla is a two-level property but cozy at the same time, a true place for relaxed St. Barth living. The upper level has lovely sea views while the guests are welcomed by spacious living area which is interconnected with the terrace. Inside, the decoration is intriguing without being overwhelming, and everything is very well maintained. The spaces are filled with natural materials, soft but vivid colors, and lots of natural light. The gracious living area, an extended, free-flowing space that includes a generous seating area, a long dining table in the center, and a large, well-equipped kitchen at the end, separated from the dining area by a bar counter with stools. The expansive terrace, facing the beautiful ocean view, is a home to a heated pool and an outdoor lounge area under the covered part of the terrace. Sun beds with large umbrellas are also available by the swimming pool.

On the opposite side of this upper level, the master bedroom has a large dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Both the bedroom and the shared living areas open onto the sundeck, shaded terrace, and heated swimming pool. Inside, a modern grand staircase leads down to the residential level, where four additional bedrooms are located. Each one has its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to small patios outside. All five of the bedrooms are decorated in bright but relaxing colors, have European king-size beds, air-conditioning, and a full array of entertainment options. The main entrance is situated on the lower level where the four bedrooms are.
