Abundant sunshine bathes the terrace throughout the day, creating an idyllic setting for privacy and relaxation. The terrace has a sun deck and a shaded part, plenty of space awaits, whether you prefer basking in the sun or seeking sheltered corners for al fresco dining, reading, or simply unwinding amidst the gentle breeze. The expansive main building houses a generously sized gourmet kitchen adorned with top-quality appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious breakfast bar. This open-concept space seamlessly connects to the terrace and the mesmerizing view beyond. Whether you choose to embrace the outdoors or create an intimate atmosphere by enclosing the space with hideaway sliding glass it’s the ideal place for relaxation. The Villa's three air-conditioned bedrooms boast equal size, furnishings, and amenities. The first two are close to the main house and to the pool, feature four-poster king beds, polished granite floors, ensuite baths with rain-head showers, and either walk-in closets or very spacious closet. The third bedroom, equally well-appointed with a king bed and ensuite bath, occupies a separate cottage with a private entrance and terrace.The entire residence is seamlessly wired for internet access, and an intercom system interlinks all rooms. This vacation rental is not only a sanctuary of elegance but also an inclusive retreat. Designed to accommodate wheelchair users or those with limited mobility, the home offers full accessibility, featuring wide doorways and no stairs in all areas except the third bedroom. Shallow, easily manageable steps lead into the pool, ensuring everyone can enjoy a refreshing dip. Five conveniently located parking spaces, at the same level as the main house and two bedrooms, provide easy access to the entrance and kitchen without any stairs to navigate.
