Eden House, situated at the edge of Marigot bay, was one of the first luxury vacation rentals on the island. This modern Eden boasts a lush Garden of Eden, enhancing its charm and uniqueness. The villa design is a fusion of clean lines, refined elegance and a touch of simplicity. At first sight the villa may appear minimalistic but you will quickly find you have everything you need to feel welcome.

Step inside the spacious common area, which includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all seamlessly connected. This open layout leads to a concrete pool and a deck shaded by elegant grey nautical awnings supported by sturdy stainless steel bars. Here you can enjoy the infinity pool, overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Eden Garden, or simply having dinner with your friends around the barbeque. Living room’s design is all about simplicity and comfort, furnished with contemporary sofas. The house also offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen, and a dining table for 8 where you can freely practice your culinary skills with the local cuisine.

There are three bedrooms, with separate bathrooms and terraces. In a contrast to the living area the bedrooms show the playful side of the design, surprising with vibrant and distinct colors. Each of the bedroom is furnished with king size beds with mosquito nets, refrigerators and top-notch items such as Artemide lamps, and linens from Valerie Barkowski and Mia Zia. Eden House's bold architecture effortlessly blends with the island's landscape and it is all about joy and happiness, a true celebration of island living.
