Welcome to the newly renovated vacation rental - Villa Iris, located on the heights of Grand Cul Sac to look over the beautiful lagoon. The villa offers the best place to sit and enjoy the boats going by and the cool breeze as it comes off of the ocean. The updated decor is delightful and truly contemporary with wonderful cool whites and lovely lines that really bring the house to live. Along with the interior design features from every sofa to every chair, which were hand selected for this amazing rental home.

The living area opens up the home's incredibly beautiful terrace, which is just so inviting and large. The outdoors does blend beautifully and becomes part of the interior space when you open the wonderful windows, allowing for the fresh air to be circulated throughout the house. You rarely need an A/C in this house as the wind is so wonderful at night, you just simply open up the windows and allow fresh air in. The outdoors also features some amazingly comfortable outdoor furniture, which is a combination of plush pillows on loungers and amazing seating area for just relaxing and some outdoor dining spaces. Guests also enjoy our lovely pool which makes for a great relief from the hot summer days, a dip in here makes everything perfect. Or take a ride down to the beaches which are some of the prettiest you'll find, within minutes you'll arrive at any destination.

The house has three air-conditioned and identical in size bedrooms, located on the two levels of the house. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level and have direct access to the pool terrace. They both come with ensuite bathrooms with showers and bath, separate toilet and a dressing room. The third bedroom is located on a lower level and provide extra privacy. The room goes with ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, dressing room and adjoining fitness room. Entering the living area you’ll notice a special room has been made for the modern kitchen, with large, central island. With it's sleek white cabinetry and high end appliances, you really do feel like you're inside a luxury resort. The kitchen is perfect for cooking small or big meals, there is no limit to what you can do here. A Glass dining room table sits to the side of the kitchen, where you can share a meal prepared by any chef you hire, or if one of your friends or family members loves to cook, that's a perfect kitchen for any style of cooking. All you need to do is bring yourself and the desire to enjoy something completely new.
