Villa Kaya is a gorgeous and cozy vacation rental, perched on top of Vitet hillside looking over the wide, blue Atlantic. Ideal place for everyone who would love to enjoy the homey atmosphere when abroad, this vacation home offer unique ambience. The luxury rental property was designed by its owner, who paid careful attention to every detail and involved a team of skilled artisans to work with the finest natural materials to achieve this outstanding result.

The house has ample spaces for socializing during the afternoons and evenings but with well-separated, private sleeping quarters. As the spaces are organized around the pool and several outdoor lounge areas, the house is easy to navigate. Even when all three bedrooms are used, the feeling remains intimate. Villa Kaya consists of a main building where the living room, kitchen and master bedrooms are located and a separated pavilion for the other two bedrooms. The living room with sectional couches, can be opened up to connect with the outdoor living area on a covered terrace. Outside living areas are perfect to hangout with your company and enjoy a cocktail while contemplating the amazing view. The terrace itself is arranged in a charming and comfortable way with the heated pool, surrounded by lounges on the sun deck tempting the guests to dip in. A gas BBQ is also at disposal when in a mood for more informal meals.

The three bedrooms are nicely arranged so the house is ideal for both families and group of friends. The master bedroom lies down one flight of stairs. Its unique architectural features include two windows situated below the water level of the pool, giving the room an unusual underwater view. This room also has a private deck and indoor sitting areas. The other two bedrooms are in a separate pavilion next to the pool. All bedrooms are air - conditioned, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and is furnished with king size bed, ceiling fan, Flat TV with Apple TV.
