Welcome to villa Lataniers , a peaceful three bedroom vacation rental, perched on the sloping hillside in St Jean, St Bart's. This serene location provides you and your loved ones with an ideal location as well as a private space to relax while overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The villa is decorated in a bright and airy style, with wood tones and with fabrics. This sets the tone of the overall ambience of the villa - sheer relaxation

The living room is sunny and comfortably furnished, with sofas in soothing beige, and a TV. The room has direct access to the terrace which offers memorable view, heated pool and of course a sun deck with sun beds. It’s the ideal place to spend your lazy afternoons, around the pool, enjoying the beauty of the endless horizon while chilling yourself in the pool . The living room shares the space with the kitchen, a modern and cheerily blue kitchen, it is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar. There is an additional dining table located on the terrace.

The house is with three bedrooms, ideal for 6 guests. They are all bright and nicely decorated. The Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, King-size bed, AC and opens to a terrace with sun beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the same bathroom and they are similar in terms of amenities.
