As you pass through the coded entrance gate, you are greeted by a sweeping Grande terrace, an architectural marvel that seamlessly blends indoor opulence with the majestic outdoors. A 20-meter infinity pool and a Jacuzzi, both surrounded by sun beds are gazing at the beautiful view promising a true relaxation experience. The heart of the villa is its living room, a masterfully designed space that flows effortlessly onto the grand terrace, ensuring that the breathtaking views are always in sight. The villa has a nicely designed, everyday kitchen where guests can enjoy some time when preparing their meals. Marble countertops, ample space, equipped with top-notch amenities, the kitchen is offering everything someone may needs to prepare a nice local cuisine. Should you choose to use the services of a private chef, or a pre-planned event is requiring the service of a professional chef a professional kitchen is also available. The dining area is right next to the kitchen and there is an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace.

This majestic vacation rental consists of ten stylishly designed bedrooms, seven of them located on the main building. have ensuite bathrooms, king-size beds, air-conditioning, HDTVs with Apple TV and Dish satellite, good collections of books, and ocean and garden views. Every bedroom is prepared with hair dryer, bathrobes, towels, and beach towels. The primary master bedroom is next to the living area with its own entrance. It has a large dressing area and a desk. A second master bedroom is on the opposite side of the terrace. Next to that bedroom, there are two more bedrooms, one of which is smaller and more suitable for a nanny or children. It has its own entrance in the back and can be connected with the bedroom next to it. Three more bedrooms are located downstairs, beneath the primary master bedroom. These can be connected if needed. The other bedroom on this level is on the opposite side of the house, near the fitness room and cinema. Villa Unique’s final bedrooms are a few steps apart in compound called the Cottage, which is like a separate, miniature version of the main villa. These rooms share their own heated swimming pool, living area, and kitchen. Two of the rooms are on opposite sides of this shared area, and the third is in its own bungalow and is also more suitable for a staff member.
