The villa is comprised of several individual dwellings on these 3 levels. Each dwelling is private, but well-connected to the next by tropical tiled walkways and lighted staircases. The main villa features an impressive reception area opening out to a vast lounge terrace with in particular, unobstructed ocean and sky views. All the way to Marigot, the French capital of St. Martin. There is a cliffside jacuzzi and an enormous infinity- edge heated pool, a poolside bar and informal outside dining and seating areas. Leading from the terrace and reception area is the living room with expansive glass sliding doors and on the opposite side, a formal dining room and state-of-the-art Chefs kitchen.

Every room offers its own unique perspective of the Caribbean sea significantly including the 14 lavish bedrooms. All with luxurious ensuite bathrooms (some featuring both indoor and outdoor showers). The sumptuous master suite has a private terrace. Surely a very large walk-in closet and a fabulous marble bathroom with glass-walled spa and shower overlooking the ocean. The main villa houses 7 of the 13 Bedrooms and also a media room and gym.

The second villa houses 4 bedrooms. In a similar fashion to the main villa which has its own large deck area, large indoor living room, and open plan kitchen and a beautiful cascading heated swimming pool. The 3 newest bedrooms are located in a separate cottage, named “Mon Ami” which feature King beds and gorgeous ensuite bathrooms.
