This beautiful home’s principal feature is the oversized wrap- around pool and a central columned gazebo, perfect for al-fresco dining and lounging. The uninterrupted flow between the interior and exterior comes from large glass doors that slide seamlessly into the walls providing a vast living area and adjoining terrace with a stunning backdrop of sea and sky. Interior spaces include the indoor living/dining room, a separate air-conditioned media room with a large plasma TV and a superbly equipped gourmet kitchen with views out to the gazebo and pool area.

There are six air-conditioned suites featuring king-size beds, large plasma TVs, walk-in closets and private bathrooms with showers (3 bedrooms also have bath tubs). There is also an air-conditioned bedroom studio with twin beds and adjoining bathroom; perfect for staff accommodation or young adults. Further amenities at Petite Plage 5 include a beach front Jacuzzi and a large outdoor roof-top terrace. The lovely white sandy beach of Petite Plage is just a few steps from the villa and the stunning ocean and sunset views are incomparable. The charming fishing village of Grand Case is within easy walking distance and offers some of St. Martin’s finest culinary delights. Additionally, the villa also has an onsite manager skilled in taking care of your needs and easy access down the beach to Grand Case Beach Club restaurant and bar.
