The villa’s outdoor living space is simply exceptional. A newly enlarged pool sits at the heart of the expansive terrace. Framing the pool is a series of sunbeds, shaded corners, and an oversized al fresco dining area tucked beneath a grand gazebo—perfect for enjoying leisurely meals while taking in the sunrise or sunset. Inside, the open-plan great room flows effortlessly into the outdoor terrace, creating a breezy indoor-outdoor ambiance. The space is thoughtfully designed with relaxed contemporary furnishings, ideal for both dining and lounging. The newly renovated kitchen is a highlight in itself—sleek, minimalist, and fully equipped—while still maintaining a warm, welcoming feel. Large sliding glass doors and windows allow natural light and views to pour in from every angle.

Sol e Luna is a three-bedroom vacation villa offering accommodation for up to 6 guests. All three bedrooms are located under one roof, just off the main living area, making Sol e Luna an excellent choice for families or groups wanting a connected yet private retreat. Each bedroom opens directly to the terrace and offers a peaceful view of the gardens or lagoon beyond. Decorated in a palette of soft neutrals and crisp whites, the rooms feel fresh and calming, with luxurious linens and subtle island touches. Each has its own spa-style en-suite bathroom and one features a Moroccan-style outdoor shower.

Two minutes to Baie Nettle's restaurants. Wonderful gourmet food and wine stores are just a short drive in Cupecoy. A short 15-minute drive and you are at the International airport or the nightlife of Maho. The French Capital, Marigot, is only 15 minutes from the villa where you can enjoy Duty-Free shopping, boutiques, bakeries, and the Creole Market.
