Villa La Josephine is a spacious 6 bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms property overlooking the Caribbean sea and Bay Longue beach and ideally located within a few minutes walk of the world famous hotel "La Samanna". The large, partly shaded infinity edged pool is surrounded by both covered and open air terraces.

Within the property you'll find a lovely large kitchen with enough space for a chef if you enjoy meals in, we can arrange that or just cook with family and friends and have a lot of great space to move around in. After that you can set the very large dining table for 12-14 guests which is provided indoor or outdoor for those wanting to relax by the moonlight or sunrise when they eat. This spacious kitchen and dining area is just one of the many things you can fall in love with inside the villa.

The pool area is really what people love about the villa, which I can't blame them for. The large pool really does wrap around the house where you can just swim all day with the kids or family and friends. Enjoy a BBQ day or a full day of just Marco Polo, it doesn't really matter because this space is so large it really does make the house a thrill to be in. Kids an adults alike will love the opportunity to have a wonderful view, pool and lots of great usable space.

The house has 7 bedrooms and they are of the traditional Caribbean Style. The owners have left some of the great features they loved, which include mosaics laid by hand and hand painted tiles, which are features some may update but these owners really do find them to be part of the tradition of the style of the Caribbean. Each of the 5 of the 6 bedrooms have King size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and A/C. The other bedroom has 2 full sized beds with its en-suite bathroom and A/C. The spacious Villa La Josephine is the perfect house for family vacations on the island of St Martin or celebrating milestones with loved ones and can be rented as a 4-5 or a 6 bedroom villa!
