Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen offers everything you need to create culinary delights. 18 Kelly Isle includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful sanctuary. One of the bedrooms, furnished with king size bed and private bathroom, offering an amazing garden view is located on the ground floor. Bedrooms two and three are both located on the second floor and have private bathrooms with balconies and nice views.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
