The villa’s design ensures every room showcases the stunning ocean vistas, creating a serene and immersive experience. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, an open-concept living area with expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, and a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The sundeck is furnished with comfortable loungers, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing or enjoying a cocktail at sunset.

This four-bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and is furnished with king size beds. The Master bedroom, located on the second floor, is accessible via a winding staircase and features wraparound windows that offer panoramic ocean views. The second and third bedrooms are conveniently situated alongside the pool and sundeck, providing easy access to outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The fourth bedroom, located just off the kitchen, features a private entrance and opens directly onto the sundeck, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. Lands’ End is a 5-minute walk from Whale Watchers beach. Calico Restaurant, Monck Beach, Columbus Beach, and the tennis and pickle ball courts are 15-20 minutes away by golf cart. The Club House is about a 10-minute golf cart ride.

For guests arriving at Providenciales International Airport (PLS), your onward flight to Ambergris Cay International Airport is provided complimentary. On exiting customs at PLS, airport staff will be available to assist with your transfer. They will coordinate with our driver, who will drive you to Blue Heron FBO, a private jet facility operated by Signature Flight Services. Here, you will await your 20-minute flight to Ambergris Cay in comfort. For guests flying directly to the island by private plane, Ambergris Cay offers one of the longest runways in the Caribbean: our 5,700-foot landing strip can accommodate aircraft up to 28m in length. With this seamless arrival, private jet guests can go from landing to their luxury beachfront bungalow or villa in minutes.
