The open-plan living area is bright and airy, with large sliding doors that open up to the terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The living room is tastefully furnished with plush sofas and modern decor, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. Blue Mountain Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite, furnished with king size bed comes with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and amazing ocean views. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and offer garden view. There are 2 other apartments on the lower floor of this property occupied by Island professionals with a gate separating access to the property.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
