All bedrooms are air-conditioned and two of them are furnished with king size beds while the third one is ideal for children with bunk bed. The screened-in balcony is perfect for outdoor dining, providing a delightful al fresco experience.

The condo has a bright and airy living room, equipped with smart TV and a nice sofa, providing a nice place for relaxation. The equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen island offers plenty of space as well a breakfast bar area with stools where you can grab a quick snack. When visiting Carpe Diem 3BR, you’ll have access to a shared swimming pool and the beautifully landscaped private grounds surrounding Carpe Diem.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
