The 8-bed villa combines the 5-bed Villa Julia and 3-bed Villa Angelina Villa to create a magnificent 8-bedroom Villa. Each Villa features its own private terrace and swimming pool and can be seamlessly enjoyed together for larger parties of guests. Inspired by the country's natural geography and rich history, the interior design is conveyed through textured materials, authentic furniture selections, and elevated architecture to create memorable and original experiences. The bedrooms are large and beautiful, most rooms have a flat screen television and there is lots of lounging outside and inside. You can also rent a bike and simply go around looking at nature and enjoy the scenery.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $120.00/day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the lessee’s security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
