Bedroom 2 is similar in size with bedroom one is adorned with king size bed, ensuite bathrooms and walk in shower. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed and bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds, ideal for children in a family group. Both bedrooms have shared ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom, with bath, double vanity and WC and Smart TV’s. The last room – bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed. En-suite Bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, double vanity and WC. Smart TV.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
