The villa's outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The expansive terrace features a sparkling private pool surrounded by lush landscaping, sun loungers, and shaded seating areas. The poolside dining space is ideal for alfresco meals, complete with a BBQ grill for delightful cookouts. Step inside to discover a beautifully decorated, spacious living area, the open-plan living area is bright and airy, with large sliding doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Comfortable seating, contemporary furnishings, and tasteful décor create a welcoming ambiance. The living area, transforms into a comfortable dining area for 6 and a modern kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a spacious island with bar seating.

Salt Air Villa features four generously sized bedrooms, each designed as a private sanctuary. Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower level and the other two of them are on the upper floor. They all have modern design, luxury ensuite bathrooms and a king or queen size beds. Two bedrooms comes with a balcony and a water view while the other two enjoy a tropical garden view.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
