Salt Air Villa and its neighboring vacation villa Second Wind offer a luxurious stay in the Leeward Canals, perfect for large parties traveling together. These two beautifully furnished, modern homes sit side by side, providing a total of 7 bedrooms across 3,400 square feet each, designed to maximize indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Each property boasts a 3,400 square foot layout maximizing indoor / outdoor living within these beautiful vacation homes. Rentals feature an expansive open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area both indoor and outdoor, ideal for social gatherings. These accommodation set up offers 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Villa Salt Air has 4 bedrooms - 2 located on the lower level of the villa and the 2 more on the upper level. The villa has a den with sofa bed designed for children under 12 years old. Villa Second Wind has 3 bedrooms - one of them located on the lower level and 2 on the upper level. Bedrooms comes with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and garden or water view.The well-appointed pool patios invites relaxation, and guests can enjoy the serene views from the upper balcony or unwind by the boat dock, feeling the warm breeze over the turquoise waters.

Each property includes luxury bed and bath linens, air conditioning throughout, a security system, a security safe, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The pool patios of both homes are connected by a private path, creating a seamless blend of the two properties. Guests will have access to a private dock at the canal should they decide to enjoy some boat experience. Both houses are modern, designed with comfort in mind while the tropical surroundings and beautiful views add up to the relaxing ambience. Additionally, Blue Haven Resort & Marina is nearby, offering an array of watersports to enhance your vacation experience.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
