The villa boasts three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. The villa is designed with a keen eye for detail and comfort, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The en-suite master bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, offering easy access and privacy. It features elegant decor, plush bedding, and an attached bathroom with modern fixtures. Two additional en-suite bedrooms are situated upstairs, each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. These rooms offer serene views and a tranquil ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, making the villa versatile for larger groups.

The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of Salt Life Villa. The space is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and has everything you need from fridge to a coffee maker. Step outside to the villa’s breathtaking outdoor area, where you can soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the plunge pool, or simply relax on the loungers by the canal. The patio is perfect for al fresco dining, with a dining table and chairs set up to enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful surroundings. For water enthusiasts, paddleboards and kayaks are available for exploring the serene canal waters.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
