This six-bedroom, seven-bathroom main house spans three floors, featuring private beach access and uninterrupted ocean views. The property consists of a main building and a guest house. Six of the bedrooms are located in the house and additional two bedrooms are located in the guest house. A private access road, preserving the lush native landscape, leads to the main entrance. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floow, each featuring private bathroom and private garden for ultimate privacy. An impressive spiral staircase ascends to the main floor, which boasts a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, a large indoor entertaining area, a media and library room, and several outdoor dining terraces.

The exterior includes an outdoor kitchen, a lava stone infinity pool, shaded lounge terraces and fire pit completing the serenity picture for lazy evenings. The top floor features the master bedroom and three additional guest bedrooms, all of them having adjacent bathrooms. The master and two guest bedrooms have balconies with beach and ocean views, while the fourth bedroom offers extensive island views and a lateral sea view.

An Ipe timber path leads directly to an additional sunning deck, fire-pit, and the beach, where the property provides an air compressor for kiteboarding enthusiasts. UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly when using the Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $120.00/day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
