Villa Allegria which means "happiness" in Spanish is a beautiful vacation rental on the beach in the Leeward area of Turks & Caicos. This gorgeous house is new to our inventory and also newly built, with amazing modern touches and incredible location. The villa features 6-bedrooms and each room is designed with the guest in mind who is traveling with families and wants more than just the "ordinary" rental home. The Villa Allegria is beachfront and that also means you can go from the home to the beach in seconds, dive in to swim or take one of our kayaks out. This beach is the eastern extension of Grace Bay Beach, without all the crowds. This home was designed with natural light in mind. Once you enter the villa through the grand Arcadia doors, you’ll be greeted with an open-concept layout leading right onto the beach.

The kitchen is lovely with everything you will need to get your family started with an amazing meal. And if you don't want to cook we have incredible chefs that are available for one meal per. day or for your entire stay. No matter what you are looking for we have so many great options for your group. As well as having a designer kitchen you'll find the house equipped with a lovely sitting area, which includes an almost completely rounded sofa, which is a great conversation piece. Feel like you've arrived somewhere fabulous and you sit and glance over at the ocean through your glass windows, all whilst enjoying a wonderful conversation and sipping a glass of wine. Not to toot our own horns but this really is a joy of a home and we know all families will appreciate the touches designed just for them.

Amenities on site include table tennis, foosball, a collection of board games, kayaks, a BBQ grill. There’s also a fire pit outside on the patio near the private saltwater pool for those looking to enjoy lounging outside in the evening. Nearby is the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Course, the amenities and restaurants of Blue Haven Marina and Resort, and the nature reserves of Little Water Cay and Mangrove Cay.

Central Grace Bay is only a 6 minute drive away. The airport is approximately 18 minutes away.
