A fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals is also at guests’ disposal during their stay. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with a comfortable seating for six.

The outdoors is where life happens in the villa. Villa Belle Vie has a private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers and seating, perfect for soaking up the sun. A spacious patio with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and lounge spaces for alfresco dining and relaxation. Villa Belle Vie is ideally situated to provide easy access to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, known for its powdery white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Enjoy the tranquility of your private oasis while being just a short drive away from local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
