Villa Bora boasts four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a luxurious king-size bed ( convertable to two twin beds) and air conditioning, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Two of these bedrooms feature attached private suites complete with their own kitchens, providing an added layer of privacy and convenience. The open-concept living area is designed to offer both relaxation and entertainment. Large sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and provide seamless access to the expansive terrace. Comfortable sofas and modern decor create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with a good book or watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, a large island with seating, and plenty of counter space.

Step outside to your private oasis, where the large terrace and pool area await. Soak up the sun on the comfortable loungers, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the hammock. The covered patio provides a shaded retreat, perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying a tropical drink while taking in the lush surroundings.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
