The property is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, a generous open-plan kitchen/living area, an expansive pool patio, outdoor living, and relaxation areas. The Master Bedroom is a highlight with its open plan layout, wrap-around balcony, hot tub, and spectacular views. The terrace at the north of the property has a putting green, and the 2000 sq. ft. roof deck is a wonderful entertainment space with 360-degree views of the surrounding waters, a bar area, a sofa lounge, a fire pit, and an entertainment system.

The property design is unique and features Versace tiles and wallpaper and numerous other bespoke design choices that make this a very elegant vacation villa to be enjoyed in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
