The heart of the indoor is probably the kitchen with its expansive island that serves as both a functional workspace and a social hub, with barstool seating for four, making it perfect for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails. The kitchen boasts clean lines, white countertops, and natural wood accents that blend harmoniously with the villa's overall aesthetic. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and small appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, and blender, so you can prepare any meal with ease.

Villa Julia provides five, contemporary designed bedrooms, offering amazing ocean views. The master bedroom is furnished with king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a tub as well as outdoor shower. The other 3 bedroom are similar in terms of amenities, furnished with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms, the fourth and last guest room is ideal for children and young adults, furnished with bunk beds.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
