Nestled along the shimmering shores of Leeward Canal, Villa Khaya is a luxurious vacation villa exuding a serene ambiance.

Upon entering through the glass doors, you'll be greeted by exquisitely cut native limestone walls, bespoke mahogany woodwork, and an impressive vaulted ceiling, all meticulously crafted by TC Millwork. The villa's open-concept living and dining areas seamlessly merge with the kitchen, forming a spacious environment that flows through bi-fold glass doors onto the pool patio. The main living area is spacious and never feels crowded. There is a cozy TV area with a plush sofa and 65-inch flat-screen television with a sound system. The kitchen is outfitted with integrated GE Monogram appliances, white quartz countertops, and all the essentials to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner.

Villa Khaya houses 4 luxurious bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms overlooking the pool, each featuring a spacious en-suite bathroom with floating dual sink vanities and walk-in showers equipped with dual rain showerheads. One master bedroom includes a private, enclosed outdoor shower and tub, while the other has a private outdoor shower. The front of the villa houses two queen bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers with rain showerheads. All four bedrooms, and the entire villa, benefit from ceiling fans and central air-conditioning throughout.

The tropical garden of the rental is a true oasis of relaxation. It has a private pool surrounded by sun beds, shaded waterfront gazebo and a private dock. All these features provide a comfortable retreat to enjoy the cool breeze and gentle water sounds. It's an ideal spot to unwind. Take the double kayak or paddle boards and glide along the tranquil canal, exploring Leeward's interior canal system. Look down into the crystal-clear waters, and you might spot a turtle or two! Villa Khaya also benefits from its prime location. Guests can enjoy the spectacular Leeward Beach which is just 4 minutes away, while the famous Grace Bay Beach and main tourist district is 7 minutes by car.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
