Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort, featuring plush bedding, ample storage, and private bathrooms.

Villa Legacy is a boater and entertainer’s paradise, boasting an extensive dock along the canal frontage and an outdoor shaded cabana perfect for relaxation and social gatherings. The house comes with private swimming pool with crystal clear waters and lounge area with sun beds for ultimate relaxation. The lushly landscaped garden is a tropical oasis, providing privacy and a beautiful setting for outdoor enjoyment. This amazing rental is ideally situated close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Turks and Caicos. Guests can explore the world-famous Grace Bay or Long Bay beaches, known for their powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters. The property is equipped with portable beach chairs and umbrellas, ensuring a perfect day by the sea.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
