The villa boasts an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The modern furnishings and neutral decor create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The living area shares the space with a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The elegant dining area is perfect for family meals or entertaining guests, offering beautiful views of the pool and garden. Villa Seabatical features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, has a private bathroom and 3 bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and one bedroom has a double sofa bed.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
