As you step into Villa Serenity, you are greeted by a pristine, private pool surrounded by a spacious sun deck equipped with stylish loungers and outdoor seating. The villa’s contemporary architecture features sleek lines and expansive glass doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. Inside, Villa Serenity boasts a chic, minimalist design with high-end finishes and modern amenities. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, courtesy of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide stunning views of the pool and garden. The living room features a large, plush sectional sofa, stylish armchairs, and an entertainment system, making it an ideal spot for movie nights or casual gatherings.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek cabinetry, and a spacious island with bar seating, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area, which also opens up to the pool deck, offers a beautiful setting for both casual and formal dining experiences. Villa Serenity features four well-appointed bedrooms designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and two of them come with private bathrooms while bedrooms 3 and 4 have a shared one.

Villa Serenity boasts a prime location, Grace Bay Village is just 5 minutes’ drive where you can enjoy a variety of luxurious restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shopping. Golfers can visit the Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course, just two minutes’ drive and water sports enthusiasts will enjoy close proximity to Blue Haven Marina which is located just around the corner.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
